Pricing
Tiered party cakes are priced on a "per serving" basis. Price includes three layers of cake with your choice of one filling and icing. Remember, you can choose a different flavor per tier if you wish to offer your guests a variety of flavors at no additional cost.

Our pricing for buttercream frosted cakes starts at $5.99/serving and for fondant frosted cakes at $6.99/serving. Additional pricing applies to decorations, toppers and time consumed.

Please know that 3D/Sculpted cakes are labor intensive & costly. Also, there may be limited cake flavors & fillings. Since each cake is very important to us we restrict the number of commitments we take, so please order at least 2 weeks in advance.

Prices vary by size, degree of difficulty and detailing. Price is dependent upon number of servings, type of materials used for artwork, *complexity of the design*, labor time, type of cake flavors, special or high quality ingredients, research time, special stand/cake board.
However the largest cost-determining factor is time & labor and therefore the longer time it takes to prepare such a cake the more costly it will be. In addition, a minimum amount of cake is needed to construct such cakes. It is practically impossible to make a sculpted cake that
feeds only a few people.

We print digital images like your pictures, messages or any graphic designs in frosting sheets. It’s a fun and unique cake/cupcake decorating idea for any special occasion and celebration like birthday, anniversary or team gifts.

Here's How It all Works:
Customize your order by selecting your cake from our custom cake menu and cupcake from our cupcakes menu. Please note that in both these cases the icing will be either:

- Buttercream (round cakes, sheet cakes & cupcakes) or

- Fondant (round cakes & cupcakes)

Please Note:
Since the frosting sheets are made from very thin icing, dark colors may not always be suitable. The best results are seen with white frostings.

Place your order by email/phone and then email your digital image/logo/personalized text of good quality to Cakes by Rubina by email. To ensure a great looking image, make sure you have a high resolution on your image. (150 dpi plus) jpg, gif, or tif file types. Whilst we make all effort to reproduce the image resolution and color that you send us, we take no responsibility if the image is of a slightly different color from that which you send us. We are printing with edible ink onto an edible surface, and therefore cannot guarantee the end image color/
resolution.

The logo/image/text is adjusted according to the cake size. Please check the dimensions (below) for details.
