Scheduling Your Appointment:
We invite you to schedule your Wedding Cake Tasting and Consultation appointment for events held within
the next 12 months for a minimum of 100 servings. Simply choose from our many delicious cake/cupcakes flavors,
fillings, icings and toppings and we will create a unique Bridal Sampler of four cake/cupcake flavors for $25.
You could request more flavors for extra charge.

Consultation:
We look forward to personally meeting with you for an hour to discuss ideas for your dream wedding cake!
We will have your four-cake/cupcake flavor choices ready for you to enjoy when you arrive. We'll take
inspiration from something special to you or we can suggest a design. Feel free to bring color swatches,
cake photos, or any ideas with you to the consultation to help with the design process. If you need help
with ideas you can look through our portfolios of wedding cake pictures. Once we have a good understanding
of the cake you envision, we will then be able to provide a more precise price quote.

Reserving Your Wedding Date and Ordering Your Cake:
A 25% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of order placement. Balance is due in full three weeks
prior to delivery or pickup. However, if you’ve not yet decided on the precise details of your wedding cake,
you can still lock your date with $100 non-refundable deposit and we can complete the order details when
you’re ready. The $100 deposit will be applied towards the balance of your order. We are sorry we are unable
to hold a date without a deposit. We usually book 4-5 months before your wedding. May, June, and August fill
quickly, so it's best to order as early as you can for these months.

instruct our staff regarding the potential

in contact with items containing allergens, and
there is always a risk of contamination or cross
contamination. In addition, the potential does
exist, that food manufacturers may change their
formulation or manner of processing without our
knowledge. Ingredient of foods may vary due to
changes in product formulation, recipe
substitutions, portion size and other factors.
Cakes By Rubina will assume no liability for any
adverse reactions that may occur in consuming
our product.

While Cakes By Rubina offers vegan & gluten-free
products, our kitchen is not a certified
vegan-free & gluten-free kitchen hence there may
be a potential of occurrence of traces of eggs,
dairy & gluten in the product
